Dear Senator Lugar,
I am not one of your constituents, nor am I a Republican. I have followed your career for many years because I was born in Indiana and have many relatives there. I have always been impressed by your bipartisan instincts and your stand on Nuclear Proliferation and other matters dealing with Weapons of Mass Destruction. You have been there for a long time and have done a lot of good for the United States, and for our State of Indiana.
It is with deep disappointment, therefore, that I have witnessed your performance as the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in recent months.
